La historia de la lucha armada en Argentina recuerda la memoria de Roberto Quieto, el número dos de Montoneros cuando fue secuestrado por los militares, el 28 de septiembre de 1975 en una playa de Martínez. Aunque en principio la organización desplegó una campaña internacional por su liberación, en la que tuvo participación firmando una nota el mismo Jean Paul Sartre, poco después fue condenado a muerte en ausencia por los mismo montoneros. Estos lo acusaban de haberse “quebrado” en la cámara de torturas, y llegaron a negociar con el Ejército su entrega, vivo, para “ajusticiarlo” por delator.
El episodio nos da una idea de lo implacable de una guerrilla con los delatores.
La venganza que Mónica Ertl se cobró por la muerte del Che Guevara es otro incidente paradigmático al respecto.
En Hamburgo, Alemania , a la media mañana del 1 de abril de 1971, la bella hija rebelde el fotógrafo de Hitler, entró en la oficina del cónsul boliviano en Alemania y esperó pacientemente ser atendida, mientras miraba displicentemente los cuadros que adornaban la oficina. Roberto Quintanilla, uno de los altos mandos bolivianos implicados en la ejecución extrajudicial del Che Guevara, ahora cónsul boliviano, vestido de traje apareció en la oficina y saludó impactado por la belleza a esa mujer que dice ser australiana y que días antes le ha pedido una entrevista.
La mujer lo miró fijamente a los ojos y sin mediar palabras extrajo un revolver y disparó tres veces.
Traicionar al EPP
Tanto el cura presidente de Paraguay Fernando Lugo, como sus publicistas Aldo Zucolillo, Humberto Rubin y otros tantos seudoperiodistas de utilería, deberían hoy asumir que han traicionado a una guerrilla marxista, algo que tiene su costo.
Por interminables meses de los años 2007 y 2008 apelaron a todo el poder de sus lacayos periodistas, corresponsalías y contactos en el exterior, así como a la complicidad de la izquierda marxista paraguaya con sus mentiras, para presentar a un cura reaccionario, defenestrado por inconducta de la iglesia católica, como un impoluto referente de la izquierda latinoamericana y de la Teología de la Liberación. Eso cuando tenían interés de incrustarlo en la presidencia del Paraguay.
Una vez logrado el objetivo, decidieron que era tiempo de deshacerse de las organizaciones radicales cuya colaboración habían requerido tan solícitamente, e inspiraron y sufragaron una cacería de estos militantes con la cooperación de la embajada norteamericana y el gobierno de Colombia.
Lugo y el EPP
Una prueba de los vínculos entre Lugo y los embriones de la guerrilla marxista del EPP puede leerse en la página 51 del “Programa Político del Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo” de Alcides Oviedo Brítez, refiriéndose a un desertor : “El renegado (Juan) Arrom ha desertado cobardemente ante las primeras escaramuzas contra los revolucionarios, se zambulló bajo las sotanas de su suegrastro el obispo libidinoso Fernando Lugo, buscaron la ruta más rápida hacia la frontera brasileña”. Es decir, se confirma a confesión de parte la colaboración del actual presidente paraguayo con el embrión de guerrilla, que para ese entonces ya había organizado y cobrado rescate por varios secuestros.
Por su parte el luguismo, como lo define con precisión el EPP, es en realidad “un social reformismo burgués que busca engañar a las masas con algunas limosnas para mantener intactas, más aún, para perfeccionar la subyugación política y la explotación económica de las masas populares”.
Fantasmas de Carne y Hueso
Una de las estrategias de los impostores luguistas fue instrumentar como fantoche a un supuesto líder comunista, Amado Najeeb. Según el EPP, el personaje “no tiene nada de comunista y sí mucho de burgués”, y que “para convertirse en dirigente de la juventud comunista tuvo que expulsar a todos los jóvenes comunistas, quedándose tan sólo, como Robinson Crusoe, como solitario líder nada más de sí mismo”.
Este personaje es cotidianamente presentado como gran referente de la izquierda por los medios paraguayos aceitados por USAID y el National Endowment for Democracy.
Este “Partido Comunista” de utilería de Najeeb repite el libreto, según el EPP, de que “los esclavos sublevados son bandoleros, criminales comunes, crimen organizado, etc. No es nuevo, desde los tiempos de Espartaco vienen repitiendo esas tácticas”.
Respecto a la versión difundida por los periodistas cooptados por el Sindicato de Periodistas del Paraguay (sobornados por la AFL-CIO), En la página 48 de su Programa Político el EPP discierne: “Los colorados acusan a Lugo de ser del EPP, los seudosocialistas a los colorados de estar confabulados con el EPP, ¿Quién no ha sido acusado por sus adversarios de tener vínculos con el EPP? Con esto es evidente que el fantasmagórico EPP es una organización revolucionaria reconocida. ¡Y el SPP se empeña en negar su existencia!”
Y como lo veníamos profetizando desde tiempos en que el mismo EPP era aún aliado de Lugo, Alcides Oviedo observa que “todas las fuerzas del viejo Paraguay y sus aliados internacionales se han unido en santa cruzada para acosar a ese fantasma (El EPP): El presidente de la república (el cura) y la embajadora de Estados Unidos (Liliana Ayalde); Rafael Filizzola y Chuki Santos, el sindicato de periodistas del Paraguay y la Asociación Rural del Paraguay; la tierna podredumbre de la izquierda luguista junto a Carlos Soler, Lino Oviedo, Calé Galaverna y Alfredo Jaegli.”
Decía Clemenceau que un traidor es un hombre que dejó su partido para inscribirse en otro, pero un convertido es un traidor que abandonó su partido para inscribirse en el nuestro. Es natural que Lugo y sus izquierdistas financiados por la embajada norteamericana como Camilo Soares, Rocío Casco, Karina Rodríguez, Guillermina Kanonikoff y otros héroes, hoy sean acreedores de bondadosa notoriedad para la misma prensa que ha incluido al EPP en su bestiario. Amar la traición, odiar al traidor es el perverso juego de quienes manejan la superestructura cultural que domina la sociedad paraguaya.
No sin conocimiento de la naturaleza humana advertía Shakespeare en una de sus obras que hay puñales en las sonrisas de los hombres; cuanto más cercanos son, más sangrientos.
Muy bueno el artículo como de costumbre. Vivimos rodeados de traiciones y traidores.
En cuanto al Che, Bolivia, hubo más traidores. Se defendió en su momento a Debré, pero hoy sabemos que lo traicionó. La historia de la guerrilla en los tempranos 60 y la incorporación del Che a la misma comienza antes. Allá por Salta, Córdoba, donde se estaba preparando, que resultó en un fracaso que costó muchas vidas. Lamentablemente se oculta esta verdad. Veré de conseguir información antes que sea tarde, desde fuente fideliga de uno de los que acompañaron al Che, también argentino, hoy residente en Suecia, Malmö.

Muy interesante aporte de Lidia Amelia Pelusa, la guerrilla fue organizada por el periodista argentino que fundó Prensa Latina. Lástima que gran parte de aquel espíritu hoy se perdió, y hasta personajes como Lugo aparecen como referentes de la izquierda en esa prensa. Qué degradación.

¿Por qué la guerrilla puede ser llamada marxista? ¿Cómo puede probar que existe el Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP)? ¿Cómo es esto posible? ¿Es la guerra de guerrillas el único método viable? Para nosotros, la dirección revolucionaria tiene que esconderse en el medio social que le sea incondicional y lo apoye políticamente, ya sea urbano o rural. ¿Por qué aspira a que utilicen sólo un método? ¿Por qué Alcides Oviedo niega de antemano toda otra forma de lucha armada o de combinación de métodos? ¿No es mucho más correcto acompañar la experiencia campesina en lugar de tratar de imponerle una forma de lucha armada para el Paraguay? Para nosotros, marxistas, lo esencial es el análisis de la realidad latinoamericana y la experiencia histórica. Sólo esto nos puede permitir encontrar la estrategia correcta, y no generalidades técnicas súper abstractas, como que la guerra de guerrillas es el único método de destrucción del ejército oligárquico. Sólo un estudio profundo, exhaustivo, de la realidad paraguaya puede permitirnos llegar a la conclusión de que la guerra de guerrillas es el único método viable de hacer la revolución paraguaya. Ese estudio tiene que ser un estudio profundo, total, de la historia y la tradición paraguayas, principalmente del movimiento de masas, de la economía, de la sociedad con sus relaciones y sectores de clases, de la política de los explotadores con su Estado y partidos políticos y, por último, de los sindicatos y partidos obreros y campesinos con sus dirigentes. Sólo así podremos encontrar la política y los métodos revolucionarios correctos. ¿No podremos encontrar otras formas de lucha armada más fáciles em Paraguay? ¿La resistencia del pueblo paraguayo trabajador a la guerrilla no es un alerta a los esquemáticos que no toman para nada en cuenta la realidade nacional de Paraguay? ¿No es más fácil encarar la lucha armada de acuerdo con los métodos y en los lugares que se den los trabajadores y su vanguardia? Si la realidad del Paraguay hace muy difícil la guerrilla, ¿por qué se insiste en ella? ¿No será por razones meramente técnicas y por la obsesión de que no hay otro método? ¿Y aceptar un solo método no es condenarse al fracaso más total? ¡Basta de recetas y generalidades! ¡Basta de consejos técnicos! ¡Empecemos a estudiar la realidad paraguaya, para darnos una política concreta y correcta, y así encontrar el método de lucha armada ajustado a esa política! Es preciso tomar en Paraguay la realidad, incluida la relación de las clases explotadas, tal como se da. No adoptar no uno solo sino aquel que se adecua a la clase de vanguardia y a su experiencia. Clawsewitz, el gran teórico de la guerra, citado por Lenin, Mao y Trotsky, hace ya más de un siglo que dijo: “La guerra es la continuación de la política por otros medios.” Mao dijo: “la guerra es una política cruenta y la política una guerra incruenta.” Estos grandes maestros de la guerra no han hecho mella en Alcides Oviedo, quien nunca se detiene en sus trabajos a analizar, o meramente señalar, la necesidad de una política revolucionaria. Un programa revolucionario no actúa en el vacío, no es una nube intelectual; lo ejecuta alguien sobre algo. Éste es ejecutado y elaborado por un partido revolucionário para educar, elevar a los trabajadores con su grado de conciencia y organización, a las tareas revolucionarias. Tenemos entonces que el objetivo revolucionário paraguayo es liquidar el régimen oligárquico-imperialista de hoy en Paraguay, pero eso sólo lo podremos hacer mediante la conquista del movimiento de masas con sus organizaciones para esa tarea. El conquistar al movimiento de masas se transforma, entonces, en un fin decisivo, porque sólo así derrotaremos al régimen. El programa como síntesis de la política revolucionaria em Paraguay debe tener como objeto, justamente, ganar al movimiento de masas para los objetivos revolucionarios del partido. Es el intermediario entre el partido y el movimiento de masas.

Este programa, para ser correcto, no puede dejar de tomar en cuenta las necesidades, tradición, formas de organización y aspiraciones del movimiento de las masas trabajadoras paraguayas. Las relaciones entre el partido y el movimiento de masas paraguayo no pueden ser un diálogo de sordos; por ejemplo, un campesino paraguayo que dice “quiero organizar un sindicato para conseguir agua”, o que dice “quiero el salario mínimo, vital y móvil”, y un revolucionario que lês contesta “no seas come mierda, hagamos la insurrección”, jamás se entenderán. Si por el contrario el revolucionário paraguayo parte de lo que el campesino o el obrero quieren (el sindicato, el agua, o el salario mínimo), logrará elevar a ese trabajador con su organización a la lucha por el poder. Ahora, supongamos que el campesino paraguayo o el obrero tienen su sindicato. En ese caso, el revolucionário paraguayo no podrá ignorar no sólo las aspiraciones actuales de ese trabajador, sino tampoco esa conquista ya lograda que es su organización sindical. Para nosotros, nada hay más importante para una organización revolucionaria que el momento histórico en que se resuelve iniciar la lucha armada, la guerra civil contra el régimen. Por otra parte, Alcides Oviedo no se cansa de señalar que es suficiente un grupo, solo un grupo y un jefe, para iniciar la lucha guerrillera, sin ningún tipo de apoyo social ni político, campesino o popular previo. Tampoco deja de ignorar sistemáticamente la necesidad del partido revolucionário paraguayo, con su programa y política revolucionaria para hacer el movimiento de masas con sus organizaciones. Para nosotros, el partido y el programa revolucionarios son el puente entre las ansias subjetivas de la vanguardia revolucionaria paraguaya y las necesidades objetivas del movimiento de masas en Paraguay, sin las cuales no hay acción revolucionaria paraguay con posibilidades de éxito. El olvidarse de esas condiciones es característica de las corrientes sectarias y del guevarismo de EPP. En nuestro continente hay hoy la existencia de grandes organizaciones de masas sindicales trabadas en lucha contra el régimen de los explotadores. Nosotros hacemos nuestra una frase de Toscanini a la orquesta del Colón: “Señores, el silencio también es música”, asegurando que, en política, el silencio “también es política”. Sobre el colosal esfuerzo de organización y lucha paraguayas de los trabajadores paraguayos por desarrollar organizaciones, ni una sola palabra en el libro de EPP. Lo que ocurre es que Alcides Oviedo no se da cuenta de que la creación de esas organizaciones sindicales masivas es el más importante avance llevado a cabo por las masas trabajadoras sudamericanas. Por los defectos (institucionalidad) de las grandes organizaciones sindicales, no se debe cometer el crimen político, militar, revolucionario de ignorarlas. Ellas son a la revolución latinoamericana algo importante. Las organizaciones paraguayas de los trabajadores son grandes conquistas arrancadas al imperialismo y a la oligarquía por las masas trabajadoras paraguayas. Cada organización sindical obrera o campesina paraguaya es, a escala nacional, una isla socialista en medio de un continente hostil. Las organizaciones sindicales latinoamericanas son paralelas, están ligadas porque son lo mismo: grandes, fabulosas conquistas de los trabajadores latinoamericanos. Para nosotros, estas organizaciones masivas sirven para incubar tendencias reformistas, negociaciones y acuerdos con el Estado y los explotadores, como así también para desarrollar las burocracias obreras. De la misma forma, el desarrollo de la medicina moderna en equipos técnicos burocratiza a la medicina, pero nadie niega que es un progreso. Lo mismo que las grandes organizaciones sindicales paraguayas: son un progreso y conquista colosal, aunque tienen el peligro de burocratizarse. Todo activista sindical paraguayo quiere defenderse y atacar desde su organización, a la que considera su gran conquista frente a la burguesía y el imperialismo, y no hay Alcides Oviedo que lo convenza de que abandone lo conquistado.

Esa situación nos obliga a contemplar toda la lucha revolucionaria, inclusive la armada, desde otro ángulo: la existencia de grandes organizaciones de masas es una bendición revolucionaria, no una desgracia como para Alcides Oviedo). Pero a esa bendición debemos tenerla muy en cuenta no para institucionalizar el régimen sino para ver cómo lo derrotamos. La Revolución Cubana no es una excepción a las leyes generales que han caracterizado a todos los países que se liberaron a través de la guerra de guerrillas. Al igual que en Yugoslavia, China, Indochina y Argelia, en Cuba tenemos: primero, un ejército mercenario odiado por todo el pueblo; segundo, un líder y el movimiento de las masas pequeño-burguesas. Eso preciso decir para todo joven de EPP que arriesgue su vida: nunca más se volverá a repetir la experiencia cubana, nunca volverán a darse esas excepcionales condiciones. Es decir, Cuba confirma la experiencia histórica de todos los países en que triunfó la guerra de guerrillas y al mismo tiempo la imposibilidad de repetir esa experiencia. Esto no quiere decir que en Latinoamérica no se den guerrillas y luchas armadas en el futuro, pero ellas seguirán pautas total y absolutamente distintas de las de Cuba. Para encontrar la forma específica de lucha armada que requiere cada uno de los países se hará necesario un estudio exhaustivo de la etapa que vive cada uno de ellos y, siguiendo el ejemplo genial de Fidel, en Cuba deberemos, antes que nada, sintetizar ese análisis en un claro programa político revolucionario nacional. Esto es lo que el ejemplo de Cuba nos exige, y no meras copias de algo que nada tiene que ver con nuestras realidades nacionales. Alcides Oviedo precisa tomar en cuenta el pasado de combatividad y organización del movimiento paraguayo de masas, sea urbano o rural, sin “fetichizar” ningún sector social o geográfico ni ninguna etapa o forma de lucha armada. Sólo el estúdio de la realidad y los cambios de ella nos podrán indicar el método correcto, ya que no hay dogma que valga a la lucha de clases ni a su máxima expresión, la lucha armada. Alcides Oviedo, tenemos que decirle: el genio de Lenin no se refleja sólo en sus trabajos teóricos contra los oportunistas, sobre el papel del Estado burgués y sus fuerzas armadas, sino en su despiadada crítica a los sectarios. El sectarismo es una de las peores plagas del movimiento revolucionario, y es un colosal mérito histórico del leninismo haberlo combatido sin piedad como la otra cara del oportunismo. Poco después de la Revolución Rusa surgió dentro del movimiento comunista mundial una corriente denominada comunista de izquierda, sectaria, que opinaba que como la Revolución Rusa había triunfado a través de la consigna de “todo el poder a los soviets”, lo mismo había que hacer en otros países, como Italia, Alemania, Francia, España, Argentina, y otros países, y no trabajar en las organizaciones reconocidas de los trabajadores. Nada más fácil. ¿Para qué el estudio de la realidad y el trabajo en el movimiento obrero, si teníamos la fórmula perfecta? ¿Acaso los bolcheviques no habían tomado el poder con esa consigna? La sorpresa fue que Trotsky y Lenin iniciaron una violenta polémica contra estos comunistas de izquierda, exigiéndoles que ajustaran sus consignas y programa a la realidad de cada país y de los trabajadores. “En Alemania no había tiempo de construir soviets y lo que había que hacer era unirse a los socialistas para tareas comunes frente a la patronal y desarrollar los comités de fábrica, los organismos que los obreros alemanes conocían. Los comunistas de izquierda no salían de su asombro: Lenin y Trotsky, que habían tomado el poder, que habían hecho la revolución con la consigna “todo el poder a los soviets”, se negaban a extender y aplicar esa consigna indiscriminadamente, y exigían un estudio exhaustivo de cada realidad nacional. La conclusión de los comunistas de izquierda fue que Lenin y Trotsky eran oportunistas, reformistas sin remedio. Ellos señalaron como el ultra izquierdismo es producto de la desesperación pequeño-burguesa, del intento de reemplazar la realidad por la voluntad revolucionaria. Hoy día nos encontramos en Paraguay con un fenómeno político-social parecido: el EPP, la corriente sectaria, ultra izquierdista del movimiento castrista latinoamericano. Como en Cuba el poder se tomó a través de la guerra de guerrillas y la formación de un ejército guerrillero, esta nueva corriente ultra izquierdista levanta como bandera la guerrilla en lugar de los soviets, y se empeña en ignorar el trabajo en el movimiento de masas organizado.

Al igual que los comunistas de izquierda tratan de eximirse de estudiar la realidad de cada país, y trabajar en el movimiento de masas aplicando mecánicamente el método con el que ya se triunfó en Cuba. Con un agravante: los dirigentes de esta nueva corriente sectaria, ultra izquierdista, son los mismos del proceso revolucionario latinoamericano. No es casual que Guevara sea el líder o el teórico de esta corriente y que Fidel lo apoye. Todo el pasado de ellos explica ese rol. En Cuba, las organizaciones sindicales fueron una colateral del régimen batistiano, y el movimiento revolucionario pequeño-burgués tenía que verlo justificadamente con profundo odio. Fidel, obligado por las circunstancias, ha ignorado el trabajo en las organizaciones obreras, aunque intentó uno directo sobre la clase obrera desde el 26 de Julio. Esto no fue grave por las razones ya apuntadas: el gran movimiento de masas era el propio 26 de Julio y las organizaciones obreras estaban encadenadas al régimen. Guevara hizo su primer aprendizaje político como “contrera” en nuestro país, como enemigo mortal de las organizaciones y el movimiento obrero tal cual se dio: como peronismo. Es decir, el pasado de ellos los lleva a ignorar totalmente el formidable rol de las organizaciones del movimiento obrero y campesino latinoamericano. Aquí también generalizan una experiencia única, que no se repite en el resto de Latinoamérica, en donde las organizaciones sindicales no son las correas de transmisión del régimen oligárquico sino, por el contrario, sus enemigos mortales, en contraposición a lo que ocurrió en Cuba. Toda analogía es muy peligrosa, porque nunca dos fenómenos humanos se dan de la misma forma. La ventaja del guevarismo es que la pequeña burguesia desesperada, y los desclasados, base social del sectarismo guevarista, son relativamente positivos en el proceso revolucionario latinoamericano, y en algunos países pueden llegar a cumplir un rol de vanguardia; pero, desgraciadamente, en Paraguay la guerrilla se está transformando en un médio seguro de aislar a la vanguardia pequeño-burguesa y desclasada del movimiento y de las organizaciones de masas. El ejemplo de Hugo Blanco o de Julião, líderes comunistas del pasado, vienen al caso. Estos dos dirigentes, provenientes de la clase media, han sido mucho más útiles que centenares de pequeño-burgueses de sus países que se aislaron durante meses o años para poder preparar la guerrilla, uniéndose al movimiento de masas, ayudándolo a organizarse, penetrando y cumpliendo un rol dirigente. Todo revolucionario pequeño-burgués puede ser un Hugo Blanco o un Julião, en la medida en que se unan al movimiento de masas. Si los hombres de EPP son capaces de esto y, posteriormente, de encontrar la táctica correcta, que no puede ser otra que la feliz combinación específica de lucha armada y organización de masas que corresponda a su país, el futuro personal de ese pequeño-burgués revolucionario, y lo que es más importante, del país y de Latinoamérica, estará asegurado. Si no, éste será negro, plagado de desastres, por ignorar al movimiento de masas y la realidad paraguaya. Ha llegado el momento de explicar de una vez por todas, y de la mano de Lenin, las causas sociales y políticas de los graves desastres y derrotas de todos los intentos guerrilleros latinoamericanos: son la consecuencia inevitable de una tendência ultra izquierdista, sectaria, que ignora la necesidad de un partido y una política revolucionaria hacia el movimiento de masas, y reemplaza esa ignorancia con una enorme voluntad revolucionaria, una aplicación mecánica y caricaturesca de la experiencia cubana (a veces hasta del lenguaje cubano). ¿Qué tiene de raro entonces que esas realidades nacionales que ellos ignoran se les vengan encima y les destruyan los planes? Si los guerrilleros de EPP caen o si las armas les son interceptadas en la frontera, para nosotros eso es una consecuencia más de no tener un partido revolucionario y de darle la espalda al movimiento de masas. Ellos seguirán diciendo que son fallas subjetivas, técnicas: alguien se lavó en el río, algún “chivato” habló, o fueron demasiados guerrilleros para la cantidad de alimentos depositados. Nosotros, al buscar la causa de los fracasos en profundas razones objetivas (estado del país y de las organizaciones de masas), somos consecuentes con Lenin y el marxismo. Ellos, con sus explicaciones técnicas, son idealistas, metafísicos, ven un solo lado y el menos importante.

Este método de Alcides Oviedo explica que jamás se haya detenido a analizar las experiências negativas de la guerra de guerrillas latinoamericana, es decir, de sus colosales y trágicos fracasos. Ellos fracasan por inadecuada preparación técnica. No es tampoco que nuestro autor, con la honestidad intelectual y revolucionaria que lo caracteriza, Che Guevara reconozca que los héroes de la Sierra Maestra, entre ellos Fidel Castro, fallaron justamente en uno de los aspectos fundamentales de la preparación técnica de la guerrilla y no se plantee por qué triunfaron a pesar de esos errores. Nosotros creemos que la concepción guevarista de EPP es la verdadera causa teórica de los fracasos, aunque hay razones de clase para ello: reflejan la desesperación y la incapacidad para trabajar dentro del movimiento de masas, de los mejores cuadros revolucionarios de la pequeña burguesía paraguaya. Dos métodos Ahora nos proponemos sintetizar las diferencias y sacar conclusiones. El revolucionario que nos lee se dirá: “Todo está muy bien. Alcides Oviedo nos da un método que tendrá todos los defectos que se quiera, pero es mejor que nada. Con él empezamos la batalla contra este régimen de oprobio y lo más que nos puede pasar es que nos maten”. Nosotros queremos responder categóricamente por qué son dos métodos distintos y cómo el nuestro es el único práctico, efectivo, que de verdad llevará a la derrota de la oligarquía paraguaya y el imperialismo de EEUU. Precisemos ahora los acuerdos y las diferencias entre Alcides Oviedo y nosotros: 1) Entre Alcides Oviedo y nosotros hay un acuerdo de principio y de hecho. De principio, porque estamos contra el oportunismo kruschevista y nacionalista burgués o pequeño-burgués, que reivindica los caminos pacíficos hacia el socialismo y la colaboración con la burguesía, y a favor de la revolución en permanencia y de la lucha armada para destruir los aparatos de represión del régimen, como imprescindibles e inevitables. De hecho, porque nos reivindicamos del mismo movimiento político-social de Alcides Oviedo: la izquierda latino-americana. 2) Este acuerdo no nos impide discrepar con Alcides Oviedo en todo, o en casi todo: a) No aceptamos que haya un solo método de derrotar a los explotadores de Paraguay, que es la guerra de guerrillas. b) Tampoco creemos en la técnica de ese método (las tres etapas inexorables). c) No concordamos en que la guerra de guerrillas sea la única forma de lucha armada viable en Paraguay. d) Nos parece muy peligroso el juzgar, como Alcides Oviedo, que los explotadores con sus instituciones principales (gobierno, fuerzas armadas), forman una estructura monolítica sin graves crisis. Creemos lo contrario, que viven de crisis en crisis y que ellas deben ser utilizadas en profundidad con una hábil política revolucionaria. e) Consideramos francamente criminal la ignorancia de Alcides Oviedo, en su análisis y estrategia, sobre las grandes organizaciones de masas latinoamericanas, los sindicatos obreros y campesinos, como de las preocupaciones y acciones del movimiento de masas. f) Tan grave como el anterior, e íntimamente ligado a ese olvido, es el del programa, partido y política revolucionarios. g) No creemos, por lo tanto, en el mito de que un grupo de valientes, alejado del pueblo trabajador paraguayo, sin programa, política, ni partido revolucionario, pueda iniciar la lucha armada y la guerra de guerrillas, pese a su valentía y sus ânsias de voltear a los explotadores. 3) Nuestro método es radicalmente opuesto al de Alcides Oviedo y se basa en esas críticas. a) Antes que nada, creemos que la vanguardia revolucionaria de cada país latinoamericano, organizada en un sólido partido revolucionario e íntimamente ligada al movimiento de masas, debe darse su programa revolucionario, así como su forma y momento de iniciar la lucha armada. b) Esto significa, en un sentido, que nuestro método es no tener un método fijo, inamovible para todos los países sino, por el contrario, una serie de princípios generales a aplicar en cada país. El primero, justamente, es que no hay método fijo, ya que éste debe ajustarse a la realidad de cada país, que es distinta en cada uno de ellos y en cada etapa del proceso revolucionario.

El segundo, que la forma de lucha armada, que es inevitable, insistimos, inevitable, está supeditada al análisis y al programa político para el país dado, y no éstos a aquélla. El tercero, que el programa y el análisis deben partir esencialmente de lo que las masas trabajadoras quieren y hayan logrado organizativa y políticamente, y en grado de conciencia. c) Estos principios obligan a que la vanguardia pequeño-burguesa o desclasada, baluarte de la política de EPP, le dé importancia al trabajo en el seno del movimiento de las masas trabajadoras paraguayas, a la construcción del partido revolucionario, al programa, evitando así su separación del proceso real revolucionario por el que atraviesan los trabajadores latinoamericanos y sus trágicas y heroicas aventuras. El estudiante revolucionario paraguayo que nos lea se desesperará e insistirá: “Todo está muy bien, pero ¿qué hacemos?”. Llevada a ese plano la pregunta, no podemos menos que decir lo contrario que Alcides Oviedo: unirse todos los revolucionarios paraguayos en un partido único, para adoptar un programa revolucionario que nos permita trabajar dentro de las organizaciones de los trabajadores para, desde ahí, organizar la toma del poder con los métodos de lucha armada adecuados al grado de desarrollo y conciencia del movimiento de masas de ese país. Y por si no nos entiende, le podemos decir qué es lo que no hay que hacer: aceptar el honesto pero criminal consejo de Alcides Oviedo, de organizar un grupo guerrillero alejado del pueblo trabajador paraguayo, y [sí] exigir, como mínimo, el derecho a elaborar la línea para su país, unido en un mismo organismo a los otros revolucionarios, sin aceptar recetas de ninguna clase. Si hace así, estará con el método de Lenin, Trotsky y Fidel Castro, que dirigió la gran Revolución Cubana, y en contra de los ultra izquierdistas que están sembrando el camino de derrotas.

Que no se justifica la extradición de Juan Arron y Anuncio Marti solicitada por el gobierno del Paraguay en base a dos consideraciones:
Porque el gobierno no pudo aportar hechos nuevos que justifique el pedido, y
Porque la justicia paraguaya sigue al margen de la ley como en la época de la dictadura.
Dejo constancia haber manifestado personalmente tanto al Canciller paraguayo como a su Asesor Jurídico nuestra posición respecto al conflictivo hecho.
